After you place your order, you will receive an automated email stating the details of your order. After processing the order from the company’s online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirmation email with the products that will be shipped to you. From this point the contract is concluded between us.
Customer reserves the right to change / withdraw from products purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. The change is made through the delivery process and the cost is 5 euros for Greece and 6 euros for Cyprus covered by the customer. For the other countries of the European Union the products are returned at the expense of the user and by any freight he himself wishes. Changes will only be accepted, if an email has been sent to info@metalstapinglover.gr or if the e-shop has been contacted within that deadline. The products that the customer wants to change should be in exactly the same condition as they were received, not used and carry all the leaflets, tabs. The customer is liable for any impairment of the value of the product, for which our company expressly reserves the right to receive the returned product. The address to which the products must be returned is the Company’s registered office.
The right of withdrawal from the provisions of Law 2251/1994 does not apply:
8. Orders-Shipments
The MetalStampingLover online store delivers its products throughout Greece, Cyprus, Europe and the rest of the world. Shipments take place daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and general strikes, with delivery times of our partner couriers. The above days and hours of delivery exclude cases that the courier company cannot cope with on its own responsibility.
The prices quoted are final retail prices, ie VAT is included. The company reserves the right to change prices, without prior notice to customers. In any event, however, the customer will pay the price at the time of ordering the product, which was indicated at the time of ordering.
If a product has an unusually low price, without any particular indication justifying it, please contact us before ordering the product.
Should the customer wish to cancel their order, they should contact the online store by email at info@metalstampinglover.gr or by phone at 211- 0143495. In such cases, the order may be canceled provided that shipment procedure hasn’t begun.
In case the shipping process has started, in order to cancel the order, in principle it should receive it and return it to the head office of the online store as mentioned herein.
The money will then be refunded to a bank account which the client will indicate in writing and owned by him.
We need 3-5 business days to prepare your order and deliver it to the courier company or ELTA.
Then, your products will be delivered to the address you have indicated in your order within 2-3 business days for Greece and in about 10 days for the rest of the world.

Delivery at preferred destination is held by courier services “Speedex” with the following costs:
• Free delivery for orders above 35€ within Greece.
• For orders under 35€ the cost is 3,20€, plus an additional cost of 2,20€ if you prefer to pay Cash on delivery.
(Total cost for courier service with cash on delivery is 5,40€).
Worldwide Shipping
Your order will be sent using International Signed & Tracked service and you will be provided with the tracking number once shipped.
• The cost for international Signed & Tracked service is 5,30€.
